And when I was unsure or needed help understanding something, it was either hard to reach my agent or it was difficult to get helpful guidance. Not so with Megan Anderson. She knew things we wouldn’t have ever thought of and MADE the biggest decision of our lives thus far the smoothest, least stressful, and most joyful experience of our lives. I cannot thank her enough… If you listen to the podcasts on buying a home, they tell you the best thing you can do is find yourself a unicorn agent, and that’s just what we did.

I'm a first-time home buyer living in California and have been looking for a house in Vancouver, Washington, for months. I called Megan about a house she was listing, but the house wasn't what I was looking for, so I mentioned that I was in a contract for an estate sale in probate and selling in "as-is" condition. After the inspection, my counteroffer would be too low to accept, so I canceled the contract, but I wanted that house.

Megan helped us find and purchase a home for a family member that is planning to move up from out of state. Megan carefully listened to my list of must haves, learned what my deal breakers were (such as excessive traffic noise and PUD high-voltage lines), then she tailored listings to meet my criteria. Always attentive, professional, and responsive, she patiently worked with me to go through many listings, showings, and multiple offers in this highly competitive market. After several initial in-person meetings and showings, she then conducted many remote video and Facetime showings for me, because I was located in northern WA and could not drive down for every listing. She became so adept at knowing what I wanted, that she could immediately say thumbs up or down on a property, saving me valuable time. Throughout every offer, she kept me informed about the status. And, when two different seller's agents made unreasonable demands for their sellers, she wisely advised me to withdraw the offers and cease negotiations. She is a win-win person who knows how to meet the needs of her clients and accommodate reasonable requests from sellers and their agents. Megan was very professional and very responsive for helping me through the process. She was able to help me find a home that fit what I was looking for, and walked me through every step of the way!

Megan was very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had a “nightmare” inspection where the home’s roof was found leaking and beginning to mold in servals areas. Megan took action fast, asked the sellers to tarp the roof to lessen damage and advised me on the next steps. Eventually Megan was able to negotiate the roof repairs and I am moving into a house with a brand new roof with zero cost to me.
